How to make the courtesy change
The change of courtesy of the products purchased online can be requested within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
By change of courtesy is meant the change of products that are presented intact, without defects and that have not been used by the final consumer, whose willingness to change depends on a matter of taste of the product.
The change can be made by another product of equal or greater value, depending on the availability.
The request for change can be made by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request authorization.
Inflate Fashion SL reserves the right to request a photographic proof of the merchandise that you wish to change.
Once the authorization is received, the merchandise must be sent within 14 days by courier or regular mail together with the copy of the order and the indication of the new product that you want to receive (article, SKU, color, size), to the following address:

The shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the Customer.
Inflate Fashion SL reserves the right not to make the change of damaged merchandise, which was not complete or had obvious signs of having been used. Inflate Fashion SL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized changes or refunds.
The refund, of the value of the returned product, is made through PayPal, for payments made with Paypal and by new credit card payment for payments made with the payment gateway Letter / SI.
